1. Unable to start
Firstly, check for control voltage. If not, check if the fuse of the Kaishan air compressor is intact; If there is a control voltage, check if the control relay and time relay are operating properly.
2. The air compressor does not start smoothly
After starting up for a few seconds, the Kaishan air compressor automatically stops from the electrical aspect, such as whether the automatic air switch jumps, whether the voltage is normal, whether the closing degree of the intake butterfly valve is normal (the compressor cannot be started with load), and whether the contactor and motor three-phase are normal during Y-△ startup.
3. No gas supply
Check if the control oil cylinder has any movement. If there is any movement, check if the butterfly valve has mechanical faults; If there is no fault, check if the electromagnetic ISV coil loaded has suction force; After troubleshooting the mechanical and coil faults of the ISV solenoid valve, check each circuit where the ISV solenoid valve is located one by one.
4. Pressure too low
Firstly, check the pressure before and after the separation of the Kaishan air compressor, as well as whether there is any air leakage in the manual valve and the regulating solenoid valve 2SV; Then check for leaks in the gas pipeline, whether all butterfly valves are open, whether the intake regulator is working properly, whether solenoid valves 3SV and 8SV are leaking, and whether the pressure switch IPS needs to be readjusted.
5. The air compressor stops due to oil injection at the inlet
First, check if there is voltage in the oil cut-off solenoid valve 5SV and if the mechanical part is normal; If normal, check the check valve and reassemble or replace it.
6. The exhaust temperature is generally between 80-95 ℃ due to high exhaust temperature. If there is not enough lubricating oil for cooling, it will cause the temperature to be too high and cause malfunctions. Firstly, it is necessary to check whether the ambient temperature, compressor lubricating oil, oil level, oil quality, and cold fan are normal; Then check whether the oil cooler and aftercooler are clean, whether the temperature control valve components, the voltage of the oil cut-off solenoid valve, and the valve body are normal. If there is damage to the diaphragm or the temperature control valve core does not move, it needs to be replaced; Check if the oil filter is dirty or needs to be replaced.
7. High oil consumption of air compressor
Check whether the oil content in the condensate discharged from the drain valve of the Kaishan air compressor is too high, whether the oil level of the compressor is too high, whether the opening pressure of the small pressure valve is normal, whether the return oil pipe is blocked, and whether the oil separation core is blocked. The above issues will all affect fuel consumption and should be addressed promptly.
8. Automatic shutdown of the air compressor during operation
Firstly, check if the screw air compressor machine automatically stops working properly; Then check if the automatic switch and thermal relay are working, if they cause the cooling fan motor to stop, or if the exhaust temperature is too high or the pressure is too high, and if the motor voltage is normal.
